CrossFit.
These classes are of small groups to up 12 people max with specialised CrossFit coaches. A great class to quickly gain strength, cardio and over all fitness. No routine is the same. Every day is a different work out. The Work Out of the Day (WOD) is written on the board daily with members writing up their scores. These classes consist of Barbell work then array of work outs using kettlebells, dumbbells, assault bikes, rowers, climbing ropes and much more.

In summer with Daylight saving times, Saturday morning classes change from 9.30am to 8.30am. Beat the heat!
